What to stock your Pantry with
- Wheat flour (type 00) – 4-6 pkg. (each 1kg)
- Sugar (brown) – 1pkg (500g)
- Yeast (dry or fresh) – 6-12pkg (dry, each 8 g)
- Extra virgin olive oil – 1 bottle (500ml)
- Salt – 1 pkg (200g)
- Linseed – 1pkg (500 g)
- Turmeric (powder) – 1pkg (20 g)
- Tomato sauce – 8pkg (250ml each)
- Grana Padano or Parmigiano – 3pkg (200 g each)
- Onions
- Garlic bulb
- Olives – 3 glasses (200 g each)
- Italian herbs mix (dry) – 1 pkg (50 g)
- Pistachios – 1pkg (200 g)
- Cling Film
- Paper Towels

What you need to prepare a Pizza
- 220 g (7.4 oz) water
- 1 tsp sugar
- 5 g (0.3 oz) dried yeast or 20 g (0.7 oz) fresh yeast
- 380g (13.5oz) pizza flour (type 00)
- 20 g (0.7oz) milled linseeds or 20 (0.7oz) g pizza flour (if you do not like linseeds)
- 1 tsp of turmeric (optional)
- 30 g (1 oz) of extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
